Volleyball Alberta U16 Girls Tournament was held at the Saville Community Sports Centre on March 15th. Over 40 teams were competing to advance to higher divisions. HanTV met a team from Calgary who was fighting to maintain at division 2. Volleyball is a highly competitive team sports, yet the game did not stop the girls from having fun from the sports. And parents and friends were very supportive to players and cheering for their teams. Boys and girls tournaments of 13U to 18U have been going on since February. And all qualified teams will be competing in May for the provincial advancement.
