Edmonton Chinese Bilingual Education Association (ECBEA) was hosting its annual Chinese New Year Celebration at Edmonton City Centre on January 25th. Dragon and lions paraded in the shopping centre and greeted people on its path. And there were martial arts, folk and hip-hop dance, drums and varieties of entertainment performing at the east atrium that keeps shoppers busy for half a day. ECBEA’s cultural event indeed adds more colors to downtown lifestyle.
