Families, friends and sushi fans gathered at the Edmonton Japanese Community Association on September 12th to taste sample and judge the best makizushi dishes presented by contesting groups Kita No Taiko and Kita Kaze Budo. This fun event is the first Makizushi Roll Out Contest in the city hosted by Edmonton Japanese Community Association to trying bring out young people to the community and promote Japanese culture.
